Why is the audit free?+

The audit reads numbers you already have. There is nothing to build and nothing to prove yet, so there is nothing to charge for. It exists to show you where to look, not to sell you anything.

Why is the diagnosis $5,997?+

The diagnosis is a full records review: five to seven days going through your actual books to document a specific dollar number, the top findings, and a fix sequence. $1,997 pays for that work up front. The remaining $4,000 is only owed if we document $18,000 or more in recoverable money.

When is the $4,000 balance due?+

Only if the guarantee is met. We document $18,000 in your numbers, or you walk away owing nothing on the balance.

What if you don't find $18,000?+

Then the $4,000 balance is never billed. You paid $1,997 for the records review, and you keep every finding we made, whatever the total came to.

Do you need logins?+

No passwords, ever. Your bookkeeper sends exports for a secure upload, read-only, limited to the records tied to the stages we are reviewing. Access closes the day we deliver.

Do you take calls?+

The free audit and the Profit Diagnosis are written-first. No sales call, no discovery call, ever. For implementation projects only, a short post-diagnosis call may be offered to clarify scope before a build starts. That call is not a sales call.

Do you build the fix?+

Yes, if you want us to. The diagnosis gives you a fixed price for any build it points to. You can also take the findings and hand them to your own team. Nothing is bundled.
