Terms of service.

The plain-language terms that cover this website and every service we sell.

Effective date: October 15, 2026

1. Who we are

vicontent.com and every service sold on it are run by vi. Keystone Holdings LLC, a Florida company, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean vi. Keystone Holdings LLC. "You" means the business buying from us or using the site, and the person acting for it.

We sell under three names: vi.ads for online stores, vi.trades for local service businesses and practices, and vi.websites for small business websites. The same company and these same terms stand behind all three.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By using this site, sending us a form, or paying for a service, you agree to these terms. Our services are sold to businesses only, not for personal or household use. If you buy for a business, you confirm you are allowed to agree to these terms on its behalf.

Any written agreement, quote, or invoice for your work forms part of these terms, and if it says something different from these general terms, it wins for that service. Guarantees and refunds offered on a service page apply as written there.

3. What we sell

What each service includes, what it costs, how long it takes, and any guarantee or minimum term is described on that service's page. All prices are in US dollars.

4. Free tools and reviews

Our free audit, free diagnostic, and free site review are offered as is. Asking for one does not create a client relationship, does not mean we will take on paid work, and does not oblige you to buy anything. We may decline any request.

5. When paid work begins

Paid work begins once the scope and price are agreed in writing (an email, an invoice, or a signed agreement) and any up-front payment has been received. We may decline work that is not a good fit.

6. Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe, a payment company that meets the industry's card security standard (PCI). Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Invoices may also be paid by bank transfer through our bank, Mercury.

Where a price is split into parts, such as a payment up front and a balance later, the service page or your invoice says when each part is due. Invoices are due by the date shown on them. If a payment is late, we may pause work until it is paid.

Prices do not include sales tax. If tax applies to your purchase, it is shown before you pay. Charges appear on your card statement under our company name.

7. Monthly plans and cancelling

Some services are billed every month, such as website hosting and care, the Never-Miss-a-Lead System, Money Monitor, and ongoing ad work. The monthly price and billing date are shown before you pay. Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled, and by starting one you authorize us to charge your saved payment method each month.

How to cancel: email [email protected] from the address on your account and say which service you want to cancel. We confirm by email within one business day. Cancelling stops future monthly charges, except any payments still owed under a minimum term (section 8). Service continues until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not refund part of a month unless the service page offers a refund.

You can update your card and see your past bills at any time from the billing link in your receipt emails.

If a monthly payment fails, Stripe will retry it and email you a link to update your card. If it is still unpaid after the retries, we may pause the service until it is paid.

8. Minimum terms

A few plans come with a minimum term, which is stated on the service page, at checkout, and in your agreement before you pay. If you cancel before a minimum term ends, the monthly payments for the rest of that term are still owed, and we may charge them to your saved payment method. For example, our website level with no build fee has a 12-month minimum at $79 a month, $948 in total. Leaving after 4 months means the other 8 months, $632, are still owed.

Before you pay, you will be asked to confirm you have read the minimum term. When the minimum term ends, the plan continues month to month and can be cancelled at any time as described above.

9. Refunds and guarantees

Any refund or guarantee we offer is written on the service page or in your agreement, along with exactly what it covers and how to claim it. To claim one, email [email protected]. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

If no refund or guarantee is stated for a service, payments for it are not refundable once work has begun.

10. Billing questions and disputes

If a charge looks wrong, please email us first. Most questions are sorted out within a business day, and it is faster than a dispute with your bank.

11. vi.ads services

Our ad services for online stores include written ad account diagnoses, rebuilds of the ad system, and ongoing monthly ad work. They may need access to your ad accounts, store, and analytics. You keep ownership of those accounts and can remove our access at any time. The guarantees for these services, and what they cover, are on the vi.ads pricing page. Ad platforms such as Meta set their own rules, review ads, and change how they work, and those decisions are outside our control.

12. vi.trades services

Our services for local businesses include the free audit, the Profit Diagnosis, website and booking rebuilds, connected systems, the Never-Miss-a-Lead System, and Money Monitor. The Profit Diagnosis guarantee and its terms are on the vi.trades pricing page.

See it before you pay for a rebuild. Before you pay for a website rebuild, we show you a preview of the new design, such as the main page, so you can judge the direction. The preview is a sample, not a finished or live website. If you decide it is not right, you pay nothing for the build. This does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue, and does not include unlimited changes.

The Never-Miss-a-Lead System answers and returns calls and messages for your business using automated tools. Calls may be recorded and written out so the system can work. You are responsible for any notice or consent your callers must be given under the laws where you operate.

13. vi.websites services

We build websites for local businesses and, except for sites built on Shopify, host them for a monthly fee. A Shopify site is a one-time build: you pay Shopify directly for its plan, and there is no monthly fee from us. Each level's price, payment schedule, and minimum term is on the vi.websites page and in your agreement. The site goes live only after you approve it. The monthly fee is first charged on the day your site goes live, then on the same date each month.

On levels with a payment up front, that payment is refundable until we start creating your pages, images, or video. Once that work has started, it is not refundable. The rest of the build price is due when you approve the site.

You own your web address. While your monthly plan is active we keep your site online, secure, and up to date. If the plan ends, we stop hosting the site, and your web address stays registered in your name.

Who owns the site. On the level with no build fee, we own the site we build for you. Once you have completed the 12-month minimum, you may take it with you, and we will hand over the site files. If you stop paying before then, we take the site down, and your web address shows nothing until you point it somewhere else. On the paid levels, you own the site outright once the build is paid in full.

14. Our Skool community

Our learning community runs on Skool, a separate company. Membership, billing, free trials, and cancelling are handled inside Skool and follow Skool's own terms.

15. No guaranteed results

Unless a guarantee is written on the service page or in your agreement, we do not promise any particular outcome, such as sales, leads, booked jobs, search rankings, traffic, ad costs, or revenue. Results depend on many things outside our control, including your market, prices, demand, and how recommendations are carried out. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, or accounting advice.

16. Ownership of work

Once you have paid in full, you may use the reports, findings, and other written work we deliver to you for your own business. Ownership of anything else we build is set out in your agreement. Our own methods, templates, tools, and the content on this site remain ours. Fonts, images, and software from other companies stay under their own licenses. We may describe the general nature of work we have done, but we never publish your private numbers or records without your permission.

17. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

18. Other companies' services

Our work and this site rely on services from other companies, such as hosting, email, payments, calendars, phone systems, ad platforms, and Skool. We are not responsible for their availability, performance, or terms.

19. Ending or pausing service

We may pause or end a service if a payment is not made, if these terms are broken, or if continuing would be unlawful. We will tell you by email first where we reasonably can. Any amounts already owed, including the rest of a minimum term, remain owed.

20. Limits on our liability

This site and our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or follow-on losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

21. Claims caused by your content

If someone makes a claim against us because of content, claims, or materials you gave us to use, or because of how you used our work, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that claim.

22. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.

23. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date shown above, is the current one. Changes do not alter the price or terms of work already agreed in writing.
