Is it really free?
Yes to build. You pay nothing until you have seen the finished site and approved it. Then it is $79 a month, with a 12 month minimum.
What do you need from me?
Tell us about your business and send what you have: photos, your logo, reviews and testimonials.
What if I do not like it?
Do not approve it. It does not go live and you are not charged. The free site has no rounds of changes, but mistakes get fixed and small edits get done. The paid levels get two rounds.
Can I leave?
The paid levels are month to month. The free site has a 12 month minimum.
Who owns my site and web address?
Your web address is always yours. The free site itself stays with us, so if you stop paying, we take it down. On the paid levels, you own it outright.
What does the $79 a month cover?
Hosting, your web address, small changes, fixing anything that breaks, and a basic report.
I already have a website. What happens to it?
