Plain language on what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Effective date: October 15, 2026
This policy covers vicontent.com and every service sold under the vi.ads, vi.trades, and vi.websites names. All of them are run by vi. Keystone Holdings LLC, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. We sell to businesses, and this policy explains how we handle information about the people we deal with at those businesses.
What you give us. When you fill in a form, apply for a service, use a free tool, or email us, we collect what you enter. That usually means your name, email, phone number, business name, website, and your notes. Our free audit and free diagnostic also ask for business figures, such as revenue, ad spend, or how many calls you miss.
What we need to do the work. If you hire us, we may receive access to business accounts and records, such as ad accounts, analytics, booking tools, or financial records, only as the work needs. If you use our Never-Miss-a-Lead System, our service that answers your business's calls and messages for you, those calls and messages may be recorded and turned into text. We use them only to run that service for you.
Business contact details from public sources. We may collect a business's name, email address, and website from the business's own website or other public business listings, so we can contact it about our services (see section 4).
What your browser sends automatically. Like most sites, we receive basic technical information, such as device and browser type, general location based on your internet address, and which pages were visited.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information, such as health or government ID numbers, and we ask that you not include it in forms.
Figures you give us are used to produce your result. We never publish them, sell them, or use them as public proof without your permission.
We sometimes email businesses we have not worked with, using business contact details found on their own website or in public business listings. Every one of these emails includes our mailing address and a simple way to say no thanks. If you reply asking us to stop, or use the opt-out in the email, we stop within 10 business days and do not email that address again.
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe shares with us only what we need for our records, such as your name, billing address, the last four digits of your card, and whether a payment went through. Invoices paid by bank transfer go through our bank, Mercury. You can read Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with companies that help us run the business, and only so they can do that job for us:
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of selling or reorganizing the business.
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Our site uses a small number of them for basic functions, such as remembering a form you started, and for counting visits. Our analytics look at visits in total and are not used to identify you. Some other companies' services we use, such as Stripe's checkout, may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not work as well.
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for how sites should respond, so our site does not change how it works when it receives one. We do not track you across other companies' websites, and we do not allow other companies to collect information about your activity on our site to follow you across other websites over time.
We keep information for as long as we need it to answer you, deliver work, and keep the business, tax, and billing records the law expects, usually up to seven years for payment records. If you never became a client, you can ask us to remove your information at any time (see section 11).
We use secure connections (HTTPS) across the site, limit who can see your information, and use providers that protect the data they hold for us. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care, and we will tell you if a problem affects your information.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one business day. We may keep records we are required to keep by law, such as payment records.
Our site and services are for businesses and are not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Our learning community runs on Skool, a separate company. Information you give inside Skool, including payment details, is handled under Skool's own privacy policy.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change matters for clients, we will also tell them by email.
For any privacy question or request, email [email protected]. We reply within one business day. By mail: vi. Keystone Holdings LLC, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702.
