vi.design / Terms of service
Legal
The plain-language terms that govern use of this website, the free site review, and any work that follows.
Last updated: June 2026
By using this website you agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access areas you are not authorized to access. The content on this site is provided for general information about our service.
You may request a free written site review by submitting the form on the site. The free site review does not guarantee acceptance into a project. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship, and we may decline a request at our discretion.
Website builds do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or booked jobs. We focus on clarity, structure, and the path to action. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, demand, pricing, and operations.
A project begins only when both parties agree on scope and terms in writing. Until then, no engagement exists. We may decline projects that are not a fit.
Pricing and payment schedules are set out in the agreement for your specific project. Tiers are one-time engagements for the site itself. The booking assistant, if added, is a separate recurring add-on. Specific amounts, milestones, and timing are confirmed before work begins.
You review the rebuilt direction on your real domain before payment is due. If you review it and decide it is not right, you pay nothing for the build. This guarantee covers the work and the decision point. It does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue, does not include unlimited revisions, and does not cover third-party platform issues outside our control. Full detail is on the Prototype Guarantee page.
The booking assistant is an optional recurring add-on. Booking assistant integrations may depend on third-party tools such as calendars, forms, CRM systems, or your website platform. Availability and behavior may be affected by those tools and their terms.
On full payment for a completed project, ownership of the final delivered site passes to you as set out in your project agreement. We may retain the right to reference general, non-confidential aspects of the work. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses.
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, access, approvals, and legal review of your own site content. This includes:
The site and any delivered work may rely on third-party services such as hosting, domains, analytics, calendars, forms, or CRM systems. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, vi.design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is the one posted on this page, with the date shown above.
